Introduction

Southern Arizona Community Academy was chartered by the Arizona State Charter School Board in May 1999 as a public school whose purpose is to prepare mature high school students academically for occupational education, post-secondary education, social responsibility, employability in the work place and lifelong learning. SACA accomplishes these goals through individualized instruction, tutoring, mastery learning and curriculum accessed through print and interactive computer based learning activities.
