Orientation Schedule

Orientations are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12pm to 5pm. Before a student may attend orientation, the student and family must attend an interview. Interviews are scheduled by appointment and are conducted by a principal. Contact the front office (319 - 6113) to make an appointment.

In the first hour and a half of orientation, a principal reviews rules, the student contract, and discipline policies with the students. In the last part of orientation, an instructor reviews classroom procedures, computer accounts, goals, shared inquiry, resources, and the first course. For the last hour of orientation, students work in the classroom. Each student will also have his/her picture taken for a Student ID Card. Orientation is considered the first day of school.
